The first stage focused on how to use nature as a tool for personal development and youth work. Participants engaged in outdoor activities that pushed their limits and strengthened their communication, leadership, and teamwork skills.
The training was rooted in experiential learning – through action, reflection, and peer learning – with a dual perspective: as learners and future facilitators.
We explored classic group games, scout rituals, and the deeper meaning of nature-based education. The stage also created space for developing new project ideas and building a strong international network.
