Can you make your own lip balm? And do you know what actually happens to a plastic bottle after you throw it away? Green Skills 4 Future showed that these topics can become the basis for a week full of action, fun, and practical solutions, instead of lectures and climate anxiety.

Anyone who wants to coach and support others effectively must first understand themselves. This idea was at the heart of Grow: Coaching for Educators, a week-long training course focused on self-awareness, coaching skills, and learning how to better support others in their personal and professional development. The course was the second phase of a project whose first mobility took place in Italy in March. In Georgia, participants built on the personal work they had already begun and deepened the knowledge and skills they had gained during the first training.

How do you slow down when everything around you moves so fast? How do you care for others when you yourself are running on empty? The Be Yourself course created space for exactly these kinds of questions. It was a week dedicated to self-discovery, wellbeing, and exploring what it means to work with young people in a sustainable and authentic way.

How do you talk to artificial intelligence so that it actually understands you? How can you tell whether a message being shared is fake? And how can all of this be turned into teaching that students genuinely enjoy? This trio of questions ran through the entire DigCompEdu 2.0 course like a common thread.

What drives us forward, what holds us back, and how can we work on ourselves so that we can work better with others? These were the questions at the heart of a week-long training course focused on coaching and personal development, which took place in Capranica, Italy, at the end of March. More than forty participants from seventeen countries across Europe, North Africa, and the Middle East used non-formal education methods to explore self-awareness, emotions, and the fundamentals of coaching approaches.

How do we actually talk to ourselves, and how does this internal dialogue influence our behavior, communication, and work with others? These questions were at the heart of the Beyond Words training course, which took place in Sudislav nad Orlicí at the end of February and beginning of March. Over the course of a week, a group of thirty participants from across Europe and the Middle East explored topics such as self-awareness, communication, and working with emotions through informal education methods.

Goosebumps was an international Erasmus+ project that brought youth workers fromeuropean countries to Prague to explore how learning through the body (embodiment) can enrich youth work and support young people’s mental well-being.

Projekt GROW mezinárodní školení pro pracovníky s mládeží a vzdělavatele, zaměřené na osobní rozvoj, sebepoznání a emocionální inteligenci. Účastníci se seznámí s nástroji a metodami, které podporují vnitřní růst, odolnost a schopnost vést druhé. Program kombinuje reflektivní cvičení, koučovací techniky a empatickou komunikaci, aby účastníci získali hlubší povědomí o svých silných stránkách a myšlenkových vzorcích.

Připojte se k dynamickému 6dennímu školení, které propojuje formální a neformální vzdělávání a nabízí praktické, kreativní metody, jak oživit výuku a zvýšit zapojení studentů. Cílem projektu je dát učitelům, pracovníkům s mládeží a vzdělavatelům nástroje, které přinesou do jejich výuky více smyslu, radosti a inovace.

The second phase of the Exploring Gender Identity Through Art project followed up on the August gathering and guided participants from personal reflection into hands-on artistic creation. A group of 27 young people and youth workers reunited in Comarruga, Spain, to explore new ways of talking about gender, this time through art, movement, color, touch, and storytelling. The goal wasn’t to produce a professional exhibition, but to use the creative process to explore themes that are both personal and political, sensitive and universal.

How can we talk about sustainability without moral pressure or information overload? How can we bring the topic into the everyday lives of young people and show them that change is not only possible, but can actually be creative and fun? These were the questions at the heart of the Green Skills for Future training course, led by trainers Linda Phanová and Velizara Koleva in Comarruga, Spain. Over the course of one week, a group of 40 youth workers and young people from 13 countries explored topics such as circular economy, fast fashion, greenwashing, conscious consumer choices, and the future of green jobs. The course emphasized authenticity, simplicity, and concrete experiences that have a greater impact than any theoretical lecture.

How do you become a digital hero? It may sound like science fiction, but we took the challenge seriously – though with a healthy dose of playfulness. The first phase of Cyber Heroes 2.0 offered a week where cybersecurity was explored in an engaging, hands-on, and international way. In the beautiful setting of Kubasův mlýn near Ústí nad Orlicí, young people from five countries gathered to dive into the worlds of fake news, phishing, manipulation – as well as resilience and critical thinking.
