Green Skills 4 Future 2.0

Green Skills 4 Future 2.0
Green Skills 4 Future is an international two-stage educational project focused on sustainability and green skills. It builds on the success of its first edition and offers youth workers practical tools to inspire the younger generation to think sustainably and actively engage in the green transition.

date of the event:  15. 10. - 22. 10. 2026

venue: Sliven, Bulgaria

topic:  Sustainability

Green Skills 4 Future is back. After a successful first edition, we’re launching the second round of this international project, bringing together youth workers from across Europe around a topic that is more relevant than ever: sustainability and the green economy.

The project takes place in two stages: the first in October 2026 in Bulgaria, and the second in April 2027 in the Czech Republic. Participants will go through hands-on workshops, DIY activities, and study visits that will provide them with practical knowledge as well as the confidence needed to inspire young people in their communities to make more sustainable choices in everyday life.

What will you learn?

✔ Green economy in practice: How it works, what it offers, and why it is crucial for the future of Europe and all of us.

✔ DIY and sustainable lifestyle: Simple, transferable techniques and activities you can immediately use in your work with young people.

✔ European initiatives and opportunities: How to navigate green programmes and present them to young people in an engaging and accessible way.

✔ Green skills in practice: How to integrate sustainability principles into everyday youth work, both in formal and non-formal education.

Who is the project for?

  • Young people, youth workers, and educators in both formal and non-formal education
  • Motivated individuals interested in sustainability who want to grow in this field
  • Those who are able to attend both stages of the project
