Inspired by thinkers like Simon Sinek and Steve Jobs, we reflected, practiced and pushed our limits in nature. Teamwork, challenges, silence, and meaningful conversations helped us grow the kind of leadership that’s grounded, empathetic and bold.
This first stage laid the foundation – for ourselves, and for the second stage to come. It reminded us that leadership isn’t about titles. It’s about taking responsibility and being ready to shape change – with purpose.
