The Beyond Words project is an international training program for youth workers, lecturers, and anyone who wants to improve their communication skills—not only with others, but above all with themselves. The course is based on the assumption that true communication begins within us. It helps participants develop their ability for self-reflection, inner dialogue, and conscious expression.

Goosebumps was an international Erasmus+ project that brought youth workers fromeuropean countries to Prague to explore how learning through the body (embodiment) can enrich youth work and support young people’s mental well-being.

Projekt GROW mezinárodní školení pro pracovníky s mládeží a vzdělavatele, zaměřené na osobní rozvoj, sebepoznání a emocionální inteligenci. Účastníci se seznámí s nástroji a metodami, které podporují vnitřní růst, odolnost a schopnost vést druhé. Program kombinuje reflektivní cvičení, koučovací techniky a empatickou komunikaci, aby účastníci získali hlubší povědomí o svých silných stránkách a myšlenkových vzorcích.

Připojte se k dynamickému 6dennímu školení, které propojuje formální a neformální vzdělávání a nabízí praktické, kreativní metody, jak oživit výuku a zvýšit zapojení studentů. Cílem projektu je dát učitelům, pracovníkům s mládeží a vzdělavatelům nástroje, které přinesou do jejich výuky více smyslu, radosti a inovace.

The second phase of the Exploring Gender Identity Through Art project followed up on the August gathering and guided participants from personal reflection into hands-on artistic creation. A group of 27 young people and youth workers reunited in Comarruga, Spain, to explore new ways of talking about gender, this time through art, movement, color, touch, and storytelling. The goal wasn’t to produce a professional exhibition, but to use the creative process to explore themes that are both personal and political, sensitive and universal.

How can we talk about sustainability without moral pressure or information overload? How can we bring the topic into the everyday lives of young people and show them that change is not only possible, but can actually be creative and fun? These were the questions at the heart of the Green Skills for Future training course, led by trainers Linda Phanová and Velizara Koleva in Comarruga, Spain. Over the course of one week, a group of 40 youth workers and young people from 13 countries explored topics such as circular economy, fast fashion, greenwashing, conscious consumer choices, and the future of green jobs. The course emphasized authenticity, simplicity, and concrete experiences that have a greater impact than any theoretical lecture.

How do you become a digital hero? It may sound like science fiction, but we took the challenge seriously – though with a healthy dose of playfulness. The first phase of Cyber Heroes 2.0 offered a week where cybersecurity was explored in an engaging, hands-on, and international way. In the beautiful setting of Kubasův mlýn near Ústí nad Orlicí, young people from five countries gathered to dive into the worlds of fake news, phishing, manipulation – as well as resilience and critical thinking.

In youth work, we often give our energy to others. We support, listen, and solve problems. But when was the last time we gave the same attention to ourselves? The Who am I? project created a space for just that – a moment for youth workers to slow down and reconnect with themselves. In simple conditions, free from outside distractions and with trust in the process, the group set off on a 60+ km journey through the landscape of Eastern Bohemia. They lived only with what they could carry, cooked over open fire, built shelters, and adapted to the rhythm of nature.

How can we talk about gender without diving into theory? How do we open sensitive topics without scaring people away? And what if the body knows before the mind does? The week in Sudislav nad Orlicí offered exactly the kind of space where these questions could not only be asked but also explored – through creativity, movement, and connection. In a quiet forest setting where time seemed to slow down and there was space to truly listen, young people from ten countries came together to explore identity, stereotypes, and social norms. Not through PowerPoints, but through lived experience.

Využívat umělou inteligenci neznamená jen klikat na tlačítka. Naučíš se, jak s AI pracovat chytře, tvořit obsah, šetřit čas a usnadnit si učení i práci. Zjistíš, jak technologie zapojit do každodenní praxe tak, aby ti opravdu pomáhaly – ve škole, v práci i v osobních projektech.

The DigiCompEdu project will be an international educational course focused on modernizing teaching through digital technologies. Its aim will be to enhance educators' competencies in integrating digital tools into the educational process and support their professional growth. ​

Projekt MEDIA, PHILOSOPHY, POLITICS rozvíjí dovednosti pro otevřené a informované diskuse o současných politických tématech, jako jsou feminismus, demokracie a spravedlnost. V první fázi se účastníci naučí kriticky přemýšlet a chápat různé perspektivy. Ve druhé fázi prozkoumají politickou filozofii a svobodu médií v kontextu aktuální politiky a běžného života. Projekt podporuje porozumění, toleranci a hlubší vhled do klíčových otázek dnešní společnosti.
