The Twister project was a two-phase Erasmus+ program focused on developing communication and presentation skills, complemented by self-awareness and self-assessment. Participants from various countries came together to work on their personal and professional growth through intensive activities and workshops.​

Rising Horizons je mezinárodní tréninkový kurz zaměřený na osobní rozvoj a wellbeing. Účastníci, především pracovníci s mládeží, budou prostřednictvím reflexních cvičení, koučovacích technik a empatické komunikace rozvíjet své sebeuvědomění a kognitivní růst. Projekt podporuje budování emocionální inteligence a mírových postojů, což tvoří základ pro efektivní vedení a dlouhodobý rozvoj.

Cyber Heroes is a two-phase international training course focused on cybersecurity and the development of educational games. Participants will learn how to protect themselves in the online environment and how to pass on this knowledge through game-based activities.​

The second stage took us from ideas to action. In Rustavi, Georgia, we built on what we started in the Czech Republic – focusing on how to turn eco-sharing into a practical tool for everyday change.

A ten-day youth exchange set in the stunning nature of Slovenia, where we reconnected with the world around us. From survival skills and treasure hunts to team sports and self-discovery – this was a journey full of energy, learning, and connection.

Solve It was a training course focused on developing creative problem-solving skills. Participants learned how to face challenges with a calm mindset, strengthen team cooperation, and communicate effectively even under pressure.

The second stage of Coach Me If You Can took personal development and coaching to a whole new level. Participants sharpened their communication skills, explored self-awareness, and learned tools they can use in their work with others – and in their own lives.

The Human Rights Values project focused on raising awareness about human rights and their core values. Participants had the opportunity to learn about the principles of human rights protection, not only through theoretical sessions but also via practical workshops. The second phase of the project centered on sharing experiences from the first phase, continuing education, and practical exercises.

A week in Litomyšl where we didn’t just talk about sustainability – we lived it. Through shared experiences and community spirit, we explored how sharing can lead us toward a greener, more connected future.

The second part of this two-phase project focused on deepening our understanding of non-formal education, sharing tools and growing as youth workers. We met again in Slovakia to build on what we had started – and to go even further.

The first stage of this coaching training focused on self-awareness, mental well-being, and empowering youth workers to unlock their full potential. In Sheki, we created a safe space for growth, reflection, and finding direction.

The second stage took the experience to the outdoors – focusing on outdoor education, leading activities in mixed-ability settings, and empowering visually impaired youth in their communities.
