We are an educational organization that supports young people and youth workers in developing their personal and professional potential. Our projects are mainly based on international experiences abroad, where people from different countries come together, creating space for intercultural exchange and learning.

We are naturally inclusive. Whether you use a wheelchair, are visually impaired, or have other specific needs, our projects are designed with this in mind, so you can take part fully. We create a safe and friendly environment where asking questions and trying new things is encouraged.

Wellbeing & personal development

We put people at the center, not performance. We help you work with stress, set healthy boundaries, and manage your energy. We support you in building healthy habits, self-confidence, emotional intelligence, and inner motivation, so you can feel good in the long term both at work and in your personal life — without burnout and with a sense of purpose.

Skills for the 21st century

We prepare you for the challenges of the future. Together, we focus on developing critical thinking, digital skills, communication, collaboration, creativity, leadership, and adaptability - skills you can’t do without in today’s fast-changing world. Not just in theory, but mainly in practice: in international teams, working on real-life tasks, with outcomes you can continue to use in your community.

Sustainability in education

We understand sustainability in a broader context — from our relationship with nature to the way we run projects and organizations. We support responsible use of natural resources and the creation of environmentally friendly solutions, while also focusing on sustainable approaches to work, time, and project management. Together with you, we look for paths that are viable in the long term for people, communities, and the planet.

Impact of Social Media – 1st stage

A week-long training focused on PR and marketing skills in social media. How to create a successful online campaign? How to work effectively in an international team? We explored these questions throughout the project.

As a trainer in the TC “Do It Yourself', I worked alongside with the Genesis Team to inspire participants from diverse countries to embrace sustainability through practical workshops. Together, we focused on zero-waste living, circular economy and eco-friendly practices, empowering participants with new green skills and techniques. It was rewarding to see how our workshops sparked their creativity and problem-solving abilities, obtaining as a result a booklet that participants can use as a guide for future sustainable initiatives. Special thanks to Linda for guiding me through all the process, being an example and my mentor.
