Solve It was a training course focused on developing creative problem-solving skills. Participants learned how to face challenges with a calm mindset, strengthen team cooperation, and communicate effectively even under pressure.

The second stage of Coach Me If You Can took personal development and coaching to a whole new level. Participants sharpened their communication skills, explored self-awareness, and learned tools they can use in their work with others – and in their own lives.

The Human Rights Values project focused on raising awareness about human rights and their core values. Participants had the opportunity to learn about the principles of human rights protection, not only through theoretical sessions but also via practical workshops. Cílem je naučit účastníky přechod od základního managementu k výjimečnému leadershipu, čímž ovlivní jak systémy, tak životy lidí a jejich motivaci. Program je inspirován světově uznávanými lídry, jako je Simon Sinek či Steve Jobs, a je rozdělen do dvou fází. Účastníci se během tohoto dlouhodobého projektu naučí klíčové principy leadershipu a týmové spolupráce.
